CompPT is a Winnipeg-based company operating out of Home Run Sports Training Centre that provides a variety of opportunities for those looking to take their physical performance to the next level.  No matter the goal or domain, building a foundation of physical literacy to maximize strength and conditioning can be key to attaining a better performance. In combination with physical training, students can expect comprehensive training to improve multiple factors of performance from mindset, recovery, and basic nutrition to achieve their goals.

Our goal is to provide the safe, effective and results driven training to all students and we strive to do that by emphasizing professionalism, quality and providing an atmosphere that promotes a fun, learning rich environment.
